2-EVENING MASTER CLASS: Mixing it up with Polymer Clay
Featuring: Ronna Sarvas Weltman
Fri Feb 27 & Mon March 2
6 – 9pm
Ronna Sarvas Weltman will introduce
you to the unique properties and possibilities of polymer clay. You
will learn a variety of polymer clay techniques including: beadmaking,
custom color mixing, marbleizing, caning, and embellishing with a
surprisingly large array of materials. Participants are encouraged to
bring tools and materials for wirework, metalwork, beading, fiber,
paper, painting and other mediums they currently work with – as you
will explore combining, and completing your work with polymer clay.
Ronna’s classes are joyful and relaxed – expect to play hard, color
outside the lines – and push your artistic limits!
HMMMM ...... Is there a reason we
are wrapping Ronna’s Polymer Clay class around Patrik Kusek's Bronze
Clay class? You bet: You could come to either class, and walk away
smarter. But you might just want to attend BOTH classes – and explore
the compatibility of these mediums. How they inform one
another…consider the intentionality of combining polymer and bronze
clay in your work….oh, and if you register for both classes, you save
$25.
